Don't be put off by the title, it's an excellent introduction to RDF,
RDFS and OWL, and would be a good place to start looking for answers
to your questions.

- how do I intersect vocabularies expressed in RDF?
I think one suggestion was use OWL same_as property. But not all RDF is OWL,
is it not (or is it?)
'define intersect': for simplicity assume all 'lexical and logica relation
between two words as an intersection ' .
- this leads onto another q: why does RDF/OWL not support all kind
relations (or does it? if so, please point me to related resource)
