[VoCamp Discuss] Start Time for VoCampDCOctober2009 - tomorrow!

Hi all,

Apologies for spamming those of you not able to make it to DC for
VoCamp tomorrow [1]. This is just a quick note to say that we'll start
at 10am, not 9am as previously advertised, to give people a chance to
get into DC through the (apparently notorious) traffic.

See you all at the Library of Congress, for what should be an
excellent event! Details on the wiki :) [1]
